Georges is a Director at Health Invest Africa.

Georges has more than 8 years of investment banking and corporate experience in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining HIA, he was a Vice President at Credit Suisse’s (CS) investment banking division in London where he led several high-profile M&A and financing transactions.

Having built a substantial track record in assisting young, high-growth companies in setting their strategy and executing on their business plans, Georges brought to HIA a skillset that has proved invaluable for its businesses’ development. Georges understands how to structure and lead fundraising efforts while maintaining management operational focus. This was most evident during his last 2 years at CS, where he helped several growth-stage Mobility companies, such as Allego and Zeplug, in raising large sums of capital to fuel their growth.

Georges holds an MBA from the London Business School, an MSc in Financial Engineering from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
